·      UN-SPORTSMANLIKE CONDUCT: 2 technical fouls for un-sportsmanlike conduct called on a player or coach in any one game will result in an automatic disqualification of that person for that game PLUS 2 MORE GAMES.  THESE WILL CARRY OVER INTO NEXT SEASON IF APPLICABLE.  After an ejection/removal, a player has 20 seconds to exit the gymnasium and 90 seconds to exit the building, failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the game.   Texins reserves the right to increase penalties based on the seriousness of the infraction.  Three (3) technical fouls called on a team for un-sportsmanlike conduct in one (1) game will automatically result in forfeiture of the game.  Players will be suspended from the Activity Center for a minimum of 4 calendar years for striking an official (referee or scorekeeper), employee or Texins Representative.

·      Any protest, other than player eligibility, must be made to the referees before, during, or within one (1) minute after the game by the team coach/captain.  The referee will immediately notify the opposing team coach/captain and the scorekeeper.  The incident and details must be recorded in the score book along with contact information of the referees, captains and all parties involved in the issue.  Verbal protests must be followed up by a written protest from the captain to the Texins league representative within 48 hours after the completion of the protested game.  Player eligibility protests do not require a verbal protest during the game.  These protests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours after the completion of the game.

·      Referee decisions shall be final where such decisions do not involve interpretation of the rules or player eligibility and no protest will be considered which involves the judgment of said referees.

·      Players must play in at least 3 regular season games to be eligible for post-season.  Players may be added any time during the season.

·      Players may only play on 1 team from each division.  Players will be recognized as a member of the team they play with FIRST, and cannot switch teams midway through the season.

·      The 1st place and 2nd place teams of the tournament will receive prizes.  All tourneys are single elimination and must have a minimum of 4 teams.

·      In the case of ties, head to head competition will be used to determine winner.  If there is not a head to head advantage, a playoff can be used if schedule permits.

·      Although an A league team can play in the B league regular season, they cannot play in the post-season.  In order for an A league team to be eligible for the B tournament, they must use less than HALF of their A league roster during the entire B league season.
